The university covers travel, accommodation, living expenses and visa costs. The training program provides a forum for emerging leaders to connect, exchange experiences and receive academic training through seminars, academic readings and classroom-based curriculum.

Applicants must have a working knowledge of English and submit an online form, resume, statement of purpose and up to three letters of recommendation.
