Trinity School Lahore has paid tribute to some of Pakistan’s most iconic women by naming its entry gates after them. The gates, now called Bapsi Sidwa, Ruth Pfao, Bano Qudsia, Noor Jehan, and Bilquis Edhi, honor these women for their significant contributions to the nation.
In addition to naming the gates, the school has included these and other influential women in its curriculum to inspire students. Trinity School, formerly known as The International School of Choueifat, has emerged as a modern educational institution in Johar Town, Lahore.
The school offers state-of-the-art facilities and provides students with three academic streams: International Baccalaureate (IB), American High School Diploma, and Cambridge O and A Levels. The school’s head, Taimur Bandey, expressed pride in this initiative, emphasizing the importance of cultural and national values. Reflecting this, the schoolhouses are named after native birds—Mor, Shaheen, Chakor, and Taloor—highlighting a connection to the country’s heritage.
