August 2, 2023Jalwat Huma established the Rang-Geet Art Gallery in August 2021 with a noble mission to provide artistic instruction in painting and drawing to vulnerable demographics, including street children, scavengers, and uneducated women hailing from the tribal districts of Khyber and Peshawar. The institute operates from a purposefully allocated three-room basement within her premises, where these marginalized individuals are welcomed to acquire skills in the domains of painting and sketching. Through this commendable initiative, Huma aims to empower and uplift the lives of these underserved communities by offering them a creative avenue for personal growth and expression.
