| 1. | Project Manager | 1 | University degree in related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in project management, planning and implementation. Past experience of working at Election related project will be preferable. Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatory. Excellent communication and presentation skills required, with fluency in verbal and written English and Urdu, along with the understanding of local language. Having good advocacy skills and working relationships with state institutions will be an added advantage. | The Project Manager (PM) has the responsibility to ensure effective and efficient day to day implementation of the project activities with the support of project staff. The PM will ensure functioning of the project from beginning to the end including project inception activities, monthly reporting, and implementation of project activities, orientation and supervision of project staff, project reviews/meetings and project closure.

| 2. | Social Mobilizer | 1 | Bachelor degree in related discipline or graduation with three years of proven relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in community mobilization and advocacy in the targeted district/tehsil. Knowledge of relevant political rights field(s) (women’s voting rights; and women electoral participation in General Elections) and practical experience (i.e. acquisition of NICs, voter registration of women) would be preferable. Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatory. Knowledge of English language will be considered an added advantage. |
In order to contribute to the effective implementation for improving electoral and political participation of women in the identified districts, the Social Mobilizer will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Project Manager (PM) and will ensure smooth functioning of the district/tehsil level activities, monthly reporting, implementation of project activities and project reviews/meetings. Social Mobilizer can be hired for a period of six months by either internal or external hiring procedures. |
| 3. | Finance Officer | 1 | Master degree in related discipline or graduation with four years of proven relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in financial management of donor funded projects based on community mobilization, advocacy or any other relevant component in the targeted district/tehsil. Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatory. Knowledge of English language will be considered an added advantage. |
In order to contribute to the effective implementation for improving electoral and political participation of women in the identified districts, the Finance Officer and Operations Officer will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Project Manager (PM) and will ensure smooth financial functioning of project. Finance and Operations Officer can be hired for a period of seven months by either internal or external hiring procedures |
| 4. | Data Entry Operator | 1 | Bachelor degree in related discipline or Diploma I.T with four years of proven relevant experience.
· Experience with MS Office and data programs · Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner · Typing speed and accuracy · Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation · Attention to detail · Confidentiality · Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks · Additional computer training or certification will be an asset |
Entering data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work with Project Manager & Social Mobilizers. Previous experience as a data entry operator or similar position will be considered an advantage. |
